The 14th Amendment Is Unconstitutional

It is difficult to emphasize strongly enough, the importance of the memorandum written by Judge Lander H. Perez, or of the 1957 Georgia Memorial, or the decision by the Utah Supreme Court, or the statement by Congressman John R. Rarick of Louisiana on the Floor of the House, all concerning the validity of the "so called" 14th Amendment.

The question can validly be raised: Does the 1957 Georgia Memorial that was passed by the Georgia Legislature and signed into law by the Governor, along with 1968 decision by the Utah Supreme Court, and the memorandum prepared by Judge Perez of Louisiana effectively kill the 14th Amendment pursuant to the full faith and credit provisions of the Constitution for the United States of America?

Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records, and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof. (Each State is to recognize the public Acts and judicial Proceedings of every other State. This is designed to eliminate a potential confusion over a number of situations.) - Article IV, Section 1, Constitution for the United States of America.

If not, why not?

Remember, we have a valid law passed by the Georgia Legislature and served on the Federal Government 50 years ago, and we have judicial rulings from two different States: Utah and Louisiana.

And, in 1975 the Utah Supreme Court made the following statement in a Court Decision.

I cannot believe that any court, in full possession of its faculties, could honestly hold that the amendment was properly approved and adopted. - State v. Phillips, Pacific Reporter, 2nd Series, Vol. 540, Page 941, 942 (1975)

These actions were taken and the documentary evidence recorded in the public records, for all to see, many years ago.

Remember too, failure to respond to proper service of a document implies acceptance and acquiesence with the terms and conditions and statement made within the document. In all instances cited above we have gone many years without any response at all.

Failure to contest an assertion . . . is considered evidence of acquiescence . . .if it would have been natural under the circumstances to object to the assertion in question." US Supreme Court - Mitchell v. United States - No. 97-7541 Argued December 9, 1998

Certainly, it can be said that a challenge to an Amendment to the Constitution for the United States of America is worthy of a response. Especially considering the source of the challenges - from the States themselves - and type of challenges - State Law and State Supreme Court Rulings - that were raised.

The only logical explanation as to the failure to respond is that there is no valid response because the allegations are true and correct.

History is always written by the 'victor'. In this case — again — the victor was the small group of powerful U.S. and International financiers who have orchestrated every war in which Americans have fought and died, and who have installed their minions in all levels of both federal and state government today... executive, legislative, judicial, bureaucratic. Because this group also controls the media and the educational system in America, they have successfully promulgated their version of the War of Northern Aggression which they labeled the 'Civil War'.

Just within this past few years, as we see more and more of our freedoms stolen under the guise of protecting us from terrorism, we are reminded of the words of James Madison

"If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy." -James Madison

An interesting thought comes to mind concerning our battle with terroists.

Did you know that the Lord told the Children of Israel that if they were not faithful to Him they would be punished by being pursued by shadows?

21 And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins.
22 I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your high ways shall be desolate.
23 And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me;
24 Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins.
25 And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when ye are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.
26 And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied.
27 And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;
28 Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.
29 And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat.
30 And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.
31 And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours.
32 And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it.
33 And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste.
34 Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies' land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths.
35 As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it.
36 And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth.
37 And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies.
38 And ye shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.
39 And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies' lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them. Old Testament - Leviticus 26:21 - 39

Our elected leaders, who are supposed to be our servants, have rejected the God of this Nation, and now we are suffering the wrath of God.

How far into the depths of Hell to we have to go before we right our ship of state and once more enjoy the unalienable rights given to us by our Creator?.

Consider the words of Benjamin Franklin.

"Sir, there are two passions which have a powerful influence on the affairs of men. These are ambition and avarice; the love of power, and the love of money. Separately, each of these has great force in prompting men to action; but when united in view of the same object, they have in many minds the most violent effects. Place before the eyes of such men a post of honor, that shall be at the same time a place of profit, and they will move heaven and earth to obtain it. The vast number of such places it is that renders the British government so tempestuous. The struggles for them are the true sources of all those factions, which are perpetually dividing the nation, distracting its councils, hurrying sometimes into fruitless and mischievous wars, and often compelling a submission to dishonorable terms of peace. – Benjamin Franklin

As we examine the lies that surround and conceal the real facts about that bloody war in which hundreds of thousands of Americans were slaughtered (brother killing brother — Christians killing Christians); whole southern states and millions of lives were destroyed; and out of the chaos... the blood, mud, fire and ashes ("utter destruction") came the 14th Amendment which effectively dismantled the Constitution.

Except... it is not valid.

As we examine the documents and the true facts of history, we will learn that the 14th Amendment was:

Further

When Georgia enacted its 1957 Memorial it effectively reaffirmed its initial rejection of the Amendment, thus making the ratification process at least one State short of completion. That means that the announcement by Seward of the ratification was bogus. In addition to all of the other problems with ratification, the 14th Amendment is now a State short of full ratification.

We've been advised by several legal researchers (NOT lawyers) that if the several States declared joined together to declare the invalidity of the 14th Amendment, the entire out-of-thin-air economic stranglehold on this nation, along with the current system of Military and Maritime law would collapse. No need for an amendment to repeal the 14th because it is not a lawful part of the Constitution. In fact, if the missing lawfully ratified 13th Amendment was re-inserted, the one could replace the other. To fully protect the rights of descendants of slaves, each state could declare equal rights of all legal Citizens.

Too simple?

Too logical?

Have we become addicted to the voluminous laws so crafted by the lawyers that not even elected officials understand them?

Are state legislators so brain-washed and controlled by the political hierarchy they wouldn't even understand this concept?

Read the documented details as presented by Judge Lander H. Perez, and the 1957 Georgia Memorial, with the Utah Supreme Court, and the statement by Congressman John R. Rarick of Louisiana on the Floor of the House, and decide for yourself...

this can be undone if enough of us work together with our state legislators! ! !
